For St Andrews Aquarium, LibertyEngine was comissioned to deliver a customised ticketing solution that would streamline their booking process and enhance the overall visitor experience.
Our aim was to create a user-friendly, fully branded ticketing platform that seamlessly matched the look and feel of their website.
Hosted on a dedicated subdomain, the system allows users to browse, book, and manage a variety of ticket options—all with ease and within the same familiar site they are used to.
Key Features & Functionality
Daily Entry Booking: Visitors can select from a range of ticket types (e.g. adults, children, concessions) and reserve their preferred date and time.
Penguin Feeding Sessions: Time-specific add-on experiences that users can book alongside their general admission.
