By participating in our usability testing sessions, you’ll help our team make meaningful changes, and help us make our side of the digital world a happy experience for users.

Why user testing matters

Your feedback helps us build systems that work better for real people. It affords us the opportunity to walk in your shoes and allows us to view our platforms through a different lens. We need to hear your frustrations and rants!

What To Expect

In-person testing

We conduct usability sessions in our Pitlochry office. User testing sessions usually last between 30-60 minutes. You don't need to prepare anything or bring anything with you, however, if you are happy to, you could bring your own mobile device. 

All testing sessions are recorded on camera and audio - these are only used for our internal use only.

As a small thank you for your time and feedback, you can choose to receive an event ticket for one of the following venues;
